Steps. There are 22 steps from ground level to the entry level, with a handrail up to the entry door. There are 30 steps from the entrance up to the lower vestibule and the front desk, with a handrail. There are three steps from the lower vestibule to the main entrance. There are 40 steps from the first floor level to the second floor level, with no handrail.

No lifts.

No ramps.

Stair climber is available, and must be pre-booked before the visit with approximately one week notice, see contact info below. Recommended duration of palace visit including stair climber assistance: 2-2,5 hours. Note that the wheelchair needs to meet special requirements in order to be handled with the stair climber, please contact us for more information.

Disabled toilets are available in the Main Guard Wing and at the Chinese Pavilion.

Disabled parking is available at the visitor car park at the palace theatre.

Assistance/guide dogs are welcome.
