Group Visits

For larger groups, we recommend a pre-booked tour with your own guide. Guided tours can be given in Swedish or English.

Ulriksdal Palace and the Orangery Museum are open for group visits, booked in advance, year round.

Ulriksdal Palace

SEK 1,200 during ordinary opening hours
SEK 2,500 immediately before or after ordinary opening hours
SEK 5,000 at other times

In addition, the following entry charges apply per person: SEK 130 for adults, SEK 110 for students and SEK 65 child 7–17 years.

Price includes a 45 minute tour for groups of maximum 30 people.

The Orangery Museum

You can also book by calling +46 (0)8 402 61 00 on weekdays between 9:00 and 12:00.

Guided tours can be booked year round.

When you call the date, time and place for the tour will be arranged and a booking confirmation will be sent to you.

The fee for group tours should be paid in cash on arrival. Payment via invoice can be arranged for organisations, schools and companies.

All bookings are binding and cancellations can only be made three weekdays before the designated tour date. If a cancellation is made less than three weekdays prior to the date of the tour then the cost of the tour and guide will be charged to the visiting party.

Queen Kristina’s coronation coach

The museum for Queen Kristina’s coronation coach is in the stables at Ulriksdal Palace.

Queen Kristina's coronation in 1650 was one of the most lavish and most attention drawing coronations in Swedish history.

The equipage is currently exhibited at the Ulriksdal stables, which date back to the 1700s. This is quite fitting as it is from Ulriksdal that Queen Kristina's coronation procession began – a castle that the Queen frequented quite often during her short reign.

Viewings can be booked for groups in connection with group visits to the Palace or the Orangery. A fee will be added.
