Kammarkören Cantate is one of the choirs of Västermalm Parish in Stockholm, and mostly sings at Kungsholm Church. It was established in 1989 by Elisabeth Ekwing as a youth choir, but has since become a harmonious mixed adult choir with around 30 singers. Its repertoire is mainly sacred, and the choir has performed major works such as Verdi's Requiem, J.S. Bach's St Matthew Passion, Beethoven's Missa Solemnis and Handel's Messiah. In recent years, the choir has also performed with Monica Dominique, John Rutter and Malena Ernman's Ecstatic Ensemble. Karin Skogberg Ankarmo has been the choir's conductor since 2011.
